The company focuses on providing innovative business solutions that can be delivered quickly and cost-effectively in complex environments. This player is a fast-growing enterprise software player disrupting the market with its multi-tenanted cloud and mobile-based enterprise software in the area of HCM and Global Payroll, ERP and M&E MRO for Aviation.
PROBLEM : The client is using Oracle Enterprise Edition 9i and the license is very expensive for their usage and wants to downgrade to a standard edition, without disturbing operations.
SOLUTION : dbSHIFT team studied the situation, analyzed the various possibilities on database schemas, features, partitioning, compressions to standard edition objects and proposed a plan of action. The team started working in the test environment and signed off in 100 days.
